Called Cherry Roofing on a Tuesday and scheduled an evaluation for a long overdue flat roof repair. Met with Michael Schmidt Wednesday evening. Estimate was great and very fair. I explained that we were going on vacation 5 days and the work could be scheduled for when we returned. The office called me the next day and told me they can do the work on Friday! That is amazing service!! The crew and materials were there Friday morning led by Mike Kane. The job done at noon!!! My experience with Cherry was fantastic. We had hired Cherry to replace our siding about 2 years ago after a wind storm ripped off a huge chunk. They did such a great job that, when it was time to replace our roof, we knew exactly who to call. They don’t do high pressure sales tactics like other places. They also take their time and actually have someone inspect the damage before giving a quote instead of just sending out a salesman.

Contract with Cherry Roofing and Siding and you’ll be happy you did!! Another Roofing company (M&J Roofing and Siding Company and their RUDE staff — DON’T USE THEM) left my elderly father with a leaky roof unresolved after they had installed a brand new roof, and refused to help us figure out the issue. Enter Cherry Roofing and Siding Company and Sal D’Amico. Sal was super personable and professional. He accommodated our schedules, arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and provided a detailed explanation of what was causing the ongoing leak. He could have left us to go back to the insurance company to negotiate for additional money to cover the problem but instead, Sal offered to handle all communications with the insurance company and copied us on all email correspondence he sent. When the insurance company didn’t respond expeditiously, HE followed up and kept us informed all along the way. Long story short, we received additional settlement money, thanks to Sal, and hired Cherry Roofing to resolve the issue. They did an excellent repair job and we are thrilled!! THANKS AGAIN, SAL! You are the BEST!
